By purchasing from LooseNuts Safaris, you agree to the following terms:

PRODUCT USE AND LIABILITY

Safari Windows - Important Disclaimer:
- Safari windows and popout windows are designed for OFF-ROAD and CAR SHOW use ONLY
- Safari windows are NOT watertight and WILL LEAK
- DO NOT DRIVE with safari windows open - may cause serious injuries
- LooseNuts Safaris LLC takes no responsibility for use while driving
- LooseNuts Safaris LLC is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from product use

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

What's Included:
- Safari frame or popout frame (chrome or raw metal finish as selected)
- All hardware, latches, sliders, and seals
- Installation instructions

Customer Requirements:
- You must use your existing stock glass (except VW Truck kit which includes glass)
- Some welding is highly recommended for installation
- Nutsets can be used as alternative to welding

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Custom Fabrication Policy:
- We do NOT offer refunds on safari kits due to their custom-fabricated nature
- All work is guaranteed for fitment issues
- If you experience fitment problems, contact us immediately and we will fix the issue at our expense (if found to be our fault)

LEAD TIME

Current Lead Times:
- In stock items will ship within 3-5 days
- Out of stock items have approximately 3 months lead time
- We are doing our best to keep up with demand
- This is not our main job or income - we do this because we love it
